Every trip. Every euro. Every morning.
A list that does not come from the driver, but from the car. With totals that are fresh every morning.

- trips analysed
- 12,000+
- event types in five families on the trip page
- 36
The problem
- The driver hands in a number in the evening. You cannot check it.
- Empty kilometres cost money, but nobody counts them.
- Which car earns, which does not? Gut feeling.
A case from daily operations
The night trip without a taximeter
Rear door open, rear end sinks, eleven kilometres driven, meter off, no platform trip to go with it. How a trip ends up on the review list in the morning.
How it works
- 01
Every trip is detected
From the car's data come trips with start, destination, route, passenger on board, meter on or off, platform and amount. Five kinds instead of seven classes, every line with a total.
- 02
The night does the maths
At half past three the previous day is evaluated: trips, trips with customers, distance with customer, estimated revenue from the stored tariff.
- 03
Check what stands out
Trips outside the taximeter are marked: probably fine, clarify, suspicious. Only on days covered by the platform import does it say “check”.
What it does not do
- The amount on a trip is an estimate from the tariff, not the till.
- Without the platform import half of the trips remain without an amount; so set up the import first.
- A daily overview with totals across all cars is planned.
Questions
Can I look at a trip afterwards?
Yes, every trip opens with map, route, events and replay.
Do I see this per driver?
Yes, list and daily report exist per fleet, per car and per driver, day and week, today separately.
What does “no statement” mean?
The system does not guess. Where neither seat sensor nor doors nor belts say anything, it honestly says “no statement” instead of leaving it blank.
